Finally got round to starting new loft and aviary Dismantled old aviary and hired a cultivator, flattened the ground and started the base today The loft will be 5m x 2m and the aviary will be 5m x 2.5m, Any suggestions as the project develops would be appreciated Will post photos every day I get working on it

Second box arrived tonight at 22.15 by private courier..... guess what one bird short, Private courier doesn't know how they survive as this is common with Amtrack including their parcel service He's happy, they keep him in regular work..... 334miles each way with 4 birds!!!!!, pity it was not 5 :'( :'( :'(

Maybe because you are sending out such a high volume "to me anyway" then Amtrack want to keep your business sweet Gess what.....Amtrak picked up two boxes for delivery to me yesterday, arrived at the Doncaster hub last night at 21.15, I called the local depot this morning 08.45 "aye there's pigeons here for you" phone call 10.40 "sorry we only have one box the other is still at Doncaster hud" "this happened to me before so I told the local depot that I was not a happy chappie and was going to contact quality control" Guess what they are being couriered from Doncaster and will hopefully arrive this afternoon :-/ :-/ :-/

Does the sparrow hawk get it's name from mainly feeding on sprarrows, because of its size or maybe it was discovered by a man called sparrow? The sparrow population is deminishing maybe that's why he is attacking more pigeons If they are protected and multiplying as they seem to be, then their natural food source is bound to suffer, surely this is an argument against the chosen few !!!

When are people going to realise it would be ok if you are dealing with one person, but somewhere along the line of Amtrak's sysem theres a breakdown, whether it be human or technical, we should be entitled to a service that they offer and which we pay for, not too much to ask for Did they have the post code.......picked up from south wales, two day's later arrived at local depot im Kircaldy....one excuse did not have address.......DA...did they send them to fife scotland just by chance

Tried giving them grief over the phone, problem is it's easy to blame someone else when they are on the phone. When I lodged a complaint through the quality control link "mark yours as receive read notice" and then you are notified who reads it, then you can deal with them though your email. Found exactly what went wrong and they appologised and promised to fix it or at least try and avoid it happening again. This way we may get a better service or at least the service we pay money for. Not too much to ask for in my books
