Most of the programs are able to do it, I use Coral draw just because I started with it years ago, Photoshop seems to be the best is what is used at the camera club that my brother goes to. It is really simple, when I started doing designs for clubs I got a guy in for an hour once week and with two or three weeks I mastered that type of display picture. Sadly once I stopped designs you forget and it takes ages again Personally I like Fuji cameras

You need a macro facility on your camera, this allows you to take really close pics, the MB is not important to post on the site, unless you want to enlarge it to see the detail of the eye Hope this helps
