Since me and Billy have decided to form a partnership, his health permitting, we have talked about what body to join. Having looked at the website of the RPA some time ago, I noticed they were an association representing England, I am glad to see they have now change it. But it does reflect what is common in many British sports. If the RPA are our National governing body representing all of the UK and they have a SNRPA then surely they should have a ENRPA, WPRPA and a WNRPA It also depends whether you consider Scotland to be a nation in it's own right, if so then racing against other nationals like Wales Ireland or England would be an internation race. Since having to deal with Billy you realise there is a lot more to life than all the above, Billy would just happy be at the moment seeing his birds tossed or being trapped, but even now with all the tubes in him he still argues the case for the SHU, sad but true some people will never change till their day comes :'(
