i really enjoyed the show and liked the look of the wee ferzh???? tumblers.whit a moothfae they are.thanks to the fella muir from airdrie who showed me his entries.nice to meet DOVEscot though briefly.i think it was a great idea to have the pigeon show in conjunction with the cage bird show(as i like both).i do however think it would have been better for both to be a one day show rather than two days for the cage birds.john

according to the scottish national web site the pigeon show is saturday and sunday.john

i used this company yesterday and have to say was very impressed.this is a young couple working crazy hours to make a living.will certainly use again.john

this really stopped me in my tracks.makes you think doesn't it.fantastic poem and so true.got to tell you something though and i mean this.theres an awful lot more to life than pigeons------people.this site certainly has some half wits but i'll tell you something else.there are some magic people on as well.thanks pigeon princess for sharing this.absolutely magic and i know the wee yin will have a great chance in life with you about. :)

derek,i think you are right to have an opinion however i would have to say that according to what i see on this site,there are many feds that get 'roasted' every season.i have flown in the midland fed for the last two seasons and i personally don't think my losses are any worse than fanciers from other feds.at times i feel you are a bit on the negative side with regards to the midland fed although as i have said you are certainly entitled to your opinion which i respect.john

feeding is definately ok however i don't think it's in the same league as marimans or versele laga.

wings,i had this problem last year and at the time i was giving them lots of red grit.i was told that they were getting too much and to stop it.it may have been coincidence but the problem stopped and never came back after stopping the red grit.john

harka mitex--used this only the other day for my small animal business and so far it looks promising.the best i have used for a long time.

karl,from what i see,the going rate is between £20-£30 each for decent stock generally.

i think this young laddie is brilliant.he deserves all the encouragement this forum can offer him. :)
