take it from me, being a competitive amatuer bodybuilder... creatine is a performance enhancer and will not cause cramps! it is not a banned substance and can be purchased in most high street health food shops. some fanciers use it with success, but correct dosage must be sought for pigeons. as for other BB products dont see much point, most of them can cause increase in weight quite quickly, water retention, increase in lean muscle tissue... sounds great but in excess would also cause weight increase! so for pigeons flying short distances at steady/fast speed could be very contradictory... jmo :X

Final 20th March... Fuertaventura 300km, all over water if they come straight, be about a four hour fly... if they go from island to island they reckon on around 400km! Certainly be interesting and a special pigeon to accomplish this type of flight... check last year result, 49 clocked from 208 entries.

well done lads, mine scraped 395th... but were in the final thats what counts! Huge well done to the English flyers Pieter Oberholster & Tim Cristmas on a canny 1st & 2nd Open. I was just a wee bit dissapointed today that the pigeons werent taken further as planned, but i suppose there was good reason... big jump into the Grand Final, defo sort the wheat from the chaff!!

Second Hot Spot race went very well today with 95% returns as i type... 426/446. My single entrant managed 83rd position, four and a half minutes behind winner! One more hurdle to go then with a bit of luck were in the final, what a gteat excuse that would be for a week end break in the sun! 8) 8)

better race than expected today with 70% returns my lone ranger clocked 10 minutes after the winner for 311th there to fight another day....

Hi m8... just the one left, so here hoping it makes it tomorrow. Seemingly about 50% returns is good from this racepoint, lets hope there wrong... lol I reckon most of the entries tomorrow have probabaly flown from Gran Canaria from the last Oversea Training Race when there was just over 50% returns... if so tomorrow might not be too bad?

1218 pigeons sent today to the 106km off shore training race. looks like they have had a bit of a rumble with 1082 pigeons home right up till 5.48pm this evening. lucky enough my three timed at 9.54.36... 10.30.48... 11.02.43, positions 74th, 551st, 871st what a pigeon that won today by the German fanciers Team Blankenaufulland & Sohn, there pigeon BOMBOM timed to win today at 9.53.50, this now being its THIRD WIN! well done....

next off shore training race scheduled for 9th feb...

still ELEVEN unactivated pigeons left up for .... 120 euro each, 20,000 euro to be won in final!
