In our club we found about a bye-law after a new neighbour complained about the position of the loft of one of our members. Apparently after October 2007 a local law was passed that all lofts had to be not one but two metres away from any fence! (basically in the middle of the garden). Luckily he had a write up in the BHW with a picture after a good YB result that was the only proof that he could find that his loft was there for YB racing 2007, therefore okay, but he lost a lot of sleep over it. My point is that it is so difficult to keep up with these things. He was new to the area. None of us new about the change. It's not as though they are very well advertised?

We know that BoP have attacked runners in the west country.......Kittens and cats in Swansea..............picked up a terrier dog........... How long before they attack kids playing in the garden? It's an accident waiting to happen. I wonder what propaganda the RSPB will come out with then???

I've always been interested in photgraphy...........I'd perhaps go into P..n movie production?

My view is that these quarrels are always best sorted out at club level. The RPRA will only get involved if the occurrance happened during convened RPRA business ie. Basketing, clocks, loading or a convened meeting. Anytime outside this is presumed to be a civil matter. I have always found that a warning letter to both parties from the club officials read in the cold light of day usually does the trick. We don't attend pigeon clubs to have to suffer muppets giving it large..........
