    feeding

do u think it is better to break down and build up,or use a race mix all the time ,by using a race mix all the time would it be better to feed less???????????????????
  2. 100 thats alot to loose fella i wouldnt be pleased
  3. very true rambo each to is own i spose i can understand your cercumstances u can do it to suit your self strapper eg 9to5 8to4 or 7to3 but you can do at your own way depending on work ect 13 hours darkness is the limit i do it 13 hours darkness for 6weeks
  4. you could pair later if you wanted but it depends on how many you want off stock birds tho my self personally will pair in feb have a round on darkness to fly in the races but my birds for the year after will be bred later left on nat and just trained to about 50 to 60 miles and just left to moult and mature to many good birds lost as ybs i think well look at brom all his best dont get raced as ybs makes you wonder
  5. just been thinking about something people say you got be on darkness for 8 10 weeks well if you do what you done pair boxing day and they go on nat darkness they are on it for 6 weeks as the clocks change end of march so i cant see point in breeding early when you can have them bred later in the year and still do the 6 week darkness this way its less work corn bills ect and you are still having the same out come
  6. they were on natrual darkness then
  7. good going when u say no darkness wen did u breed them as u got them to 200 miles

  11. thats most of the trouble i think clashing with the tech we got thease days i dnt see why like????
  12. looking at it i think i will breed what i want for old birds in the summer and leave them natral and train them and keep 20 on darkness to race the programe just to compete as the yb losses are so many know it seems a better idea to look after a team of ybs and train them yea ull loose some but ull have a nice team of yearlings stress free as ybs looking the part as they wont have the darkness
  13. sorry missed read it still 317 is good going we dnt fly no where near that in wales
