A steadier race than of late due to the north east wind but fast or slow the Grogan bandwagon keeps on rolling .What a performance to take 6 of the 10 positions in this top rank club.Top flying lads and well done on a brilliant season to date .This win makes 4 from 8 for the season .All thats missing from these lads C.V. is an open win or a fed topper but I am sure a really big win is just around the corner .Good luck to all .

Well done to Dererk Larkin on also taking 6 positions in this extra tough race where many lofts failed to time in .8 pigeons home out of 232 sent tells its own story and the end for a lot of lofts for this old bird season .Our club had about 3 per cent returns in 2 days and I can tell you there are a lot of clubs worse than this .This must go down as the worst race returns wise in the Irish South Road Federation for as long as I can remember .Regards to all M.E.

Well done to Derek Larkin on making it 2 on the trot in this very competitive club .Altough the high velocity would suggest a very easy race there was still plenty of birds on the missing list at strike off time .Maybe those missing will make it home throughout the rest of the day .Our esteemed president Mr.Liam Donnelly had his usual witty comments to make and today he thought the shavings from the baskets got home before the pigeons such was the strength of the tail-wind .Next week sees the first of our channel races on a double header weekend .Marking for Talbenny in the club from 8.00-9.30 AM Friday 27 May.Good luck to all .M.E.
