I've seen that the sport is still popular in urban areas in US cities like New York and Baltimore but wondered whether people kept lofts in British cities at all. Geoff Delderfield 20:12 (23 hours ago) to me Hi there.I desperately want to locate the owner of a pigeon that has decided to rest at my house. The problem is that we have 2 cats, as does our neighbours and there must be another 10 in our street alone. Despite me giving the pigeon some water and feed, he is still here. I have tried to keep my cats away but this is difficult. I have now captured the pigeon in a pet carrier with some water and feed. He seems healthy and well but I am no expert. He can fly fine too. I have taken note of the ring details which are: GB 13 N 10123 I have reported the pigeon found to the RPRA online but the confirmation email I received from them was blank so I don't even know if they successfully received the details.Is there anything you can do? Are you able to trace the ring info? I really don't want to have to keep the pigeon in such a small cage but I have no choice at the moment. Regards, Geoff Delderfield.
