jaqui swinburne 12:07 (3 hours ago) to meNPA 10 B 1822 I have found and contained this pigeon (Dalton in Furness, Cumbria)I have contacted the NPA by both phone and email yesterday and have had no response!! Help!Some poor owner is missing their very attractive bird.I have boarded it out with some racing pigeons as at least their owner knows something about birds (which I don’t).Can you help at all??
