  19. this has been the problem in the sport for years, delegates have been doing and voting as they want, but it is mostly the fault of the members, when a fed meeting is coming up clubs should have a meeting to go over the agenda and instruct delegates what to do, THEY ARE MESSENGERS, the only time a delegate should vote outside his instructions is if something is brought up which is not on the agenda, but never and i mean never should delegates from the same organisation vote against each other they are there if it be 2 or 3 of them to represent their organisation, i remember when i was in the trade union at their conferance this happened 2 delegates voting against one another, the meeting was halted until they sorted this out and the outcome was only one delegate voted from each organisation, if u were entitled to 2 delegates the vote was counted as 2, but only one was permitted to vote, and until things are run in this manner ie delegates being instructed by their members how to vote u will always get discontentment, DELEGATES ARE MESSANGERS

  22. THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH DUAL MEMBERSHIP IN 2 UNIONS, THIS HAS WENT ON FOR A LONG TIME, BUT CAN U BE LOYAL TO BOTH, ??????? THIS IS WHEN THE PROBLEM COMES IN WHEN THERE IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN BOTH, TO BE LOYAL TO BOTH U WOULD HAVE TO SIT BACK AND SAY NOTHING, BUT IF U TAKE THE SIDE OF ONE, THEN U ARE NOT LOYAL TO THE OTHER, ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT,
  23. hi Johno, can u answer me why does the entry form for membership of the RPRA have on it QUOTE 1/ " I HAVE NOT BEEN A MEMBER OF ANY RACING PIGEON ASSOCIATION OR UNION, OR 2/ MY PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP WAS WITH, AND U HAVE TI FILL IN DATES ETC WHICH ONES U WERE MEMBERS OF, AND FROM WHEN TO WHEN, AND ALSO QUOTE> I CERTIFY THAT I AM NOT SUSPENDED OR EXPELLED MEMBER OF ANY RECOGNISED ASSOCIATION/UNION.
  24. just tell the examiner u are a member of pigeonbasics and u will be ok :'( :'( :'( :'(
  25. what would u do in ur fed Chris if members and clubs attended ur AGM had their say and votes, ordered and got rings for the following year did not resign did not pay for their rings (handed them back) or fees, RPRA rule 162 says what they could do, the SHU done this and u are all saying its ok for those who done this to fly birds, secondly this is a dispute regarding those fanciers being members of a RPRA organisation, which should be sorted out by the governing body (RPRA) but what are they doing, putting it back to the organisation in question, that's like someone going to court and being told to judge their own case,
