sorry johno i'm a bit lost here, what rule has been upheld, is it u can be a member of 2 feds or u cant, dont see how it can be the later as i said there are members who are in more than one fed, and according to shu rule 21 page 14 you can be a member of 2 feds,

not wanting to get into any tangle, but i agree with what u say but is it a rule which the shu has, there are a lot of fanciers who are members of the new feds which were formed and still mem,bers of their old feds so it maybe is not a shu rule, clubs or feds cannot just make rules, if they bring out a rule it must be ok by shu,

he starts at a minute past midnight and finishes at 4am, this is called the middle watch in the navy ;D ;D ;D ;D

and quite right if the majority of members from a fed do not want him as their delegate thats fine the vote him off, but if the person is a member of another fed and the majority vote for him as delegate then thats their privilage, another fed cannot tell another fed who to vote for, i wouldn't think.

if u didn't have this re officials come from the delegates, then the big feds would dominate who were going to be officials, as the officials would be elected at agms,

my view on any subject is go by the rules and accept the majority votes, if things do not go as u would like then u must accept them if this was the wish of the majority according to the rules, and if there are rules which anybody thinks are not right then get it in to have it moved but if the majority say keep it then u have to accept it, rules are there so everyone gets the same crack of the whip, and if organisations are run properly no one man or officials can control anything.
