SU15 DF 1508. Came in yesterday during race, took it a mile along the road and put it up, it came back. Took it twenty miles up the road today to kinross and it came back. Who's it belong to?

Found yesterday at peregrine nest sight east of dunfermline SU 14 AB 2187 with ETS ring possibly racing over weekend. Also found but not as fresh SU O8 E 864,SU O9 AB 3715,SU 14 F 1711 just to let owners no what happened to the poor buggers.
