just had a member phone me to say he has a bird reported in wales at 4pm, could we have hit the welsh north rd? we were libbed at 12.30 marlborough and the wnr at maidstone libbed at 1pm?

i would say by the reports im hearing there must be 90% of the birds missing today from marlborough for cumbria combine, 3/36 3/22 6/29 4/20 thats just members in my own club.

i know what your saying ib but the times im on about are when there's only 2 feds racing into west cumbria, derwent valley and west cumbria feds, going half an hour before each other, ie, derwent valley going ist, longest flying fed so when the ist batch go over half n hour before the west cumbria fed birds they know they have been derwent valley feds birds as they come right up the coast, jmo

the leading birds into cumbria have been hit 15 miles from home many times over the last few years, fanciers have witnessed them scatter then the second batch go through ok,ever heard the saying(they should have been here by now) :emoticon-0127-lipssealed:
