opened up the hens this morning to find a yearling hen trapped by its e.t.s ring through the grill on the drinker stand, leg snapped with the bone right out, blood all down the side of the loft from where its been flapping all night, had no option but to do away with her, she was my 5th bird back yesterday as well, (sick as f,,k) the thing is now all the other hens are terrified and wouldn't come down for there morning feed, looks like i will have to keep them in a couple of days to settle them.
