I have bought my rings from the SHU via our club secretary and have" never" been given a list of serial numbers relating to the rings I boughthttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif so if fanciers pass rings to each other, how do we know where they have come from? witnessed many ets rings being sold at clearance sales, no mention of where they have come fromhttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif If this rule is to be adhered to, then I think a lot more work needs to be put into place, ie records kept of serial numbers, members registered against ring serial numbers, but some how I can not see this happening. I get my rings through my secretary who gets them from the SHU, that would be very interesting, but then again, the SHU insist we wing stamp our youngsters, yet the SNFC do not allow wing stamps on young birds entering their raceshttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif
