I have been asked to share this by our member Bibendium with our members on Basics in hope that some may be able to support this good cause. I don't know how many of you know but my Daughter Claire suffers from Sodium Valproate Syndrome .Sodium Valproate is a prescribed drug used in the treatment of Epilepsy. My wife took this drug during pregnancy which resulted in Claire having disabilities. Along with 2000 other affected people in Scotland We have formed a registered Charity called Valproate Scotland. Which is trying to get both UK and Scottish Government to stand up to their responsibilities in giving care and redress to families affected I was wondering if my friends and colleagues in the pigeon fraternity would or could help out with giving me a latebred around September for a sale to raise funds for our charity I won't ask anyone specifically as some have been good enough to support club and fed sales iv run before Thank you in Advance

Copied from Facebook 21/05/25 The Cornish Combine are racing from Wincanton on Friday 23rd, flying east to west in to Cornwall and hopefully an early liberation!

Pigeons usually lay two eggs at a time. The first egg comes out, then after two days, the second one. Both parents take turns sitting on the eggs – the father in the day, the mother at night. Eggs hatch in about 18 days. To keep the eggs safe, always make sure: The nest is dry and clean There’s no stress or noise around The pigeons have good food and fresh water WAP Tip for Farmers: If you see no eggs after 10 days of mating, check the health of your pair – they may need rest or vitamins.
