Sorry didn,t make it quite clear. It,s a different option, you only have the one spare hen in amongst the cocks, they go crazy and get well pumped up.

Ok Wiley m8, I simply open the nest boxes, then after 2 minutes, I let the hens thriogh. Also, you can throw a single spare hen in, prior to basketing the cocks, or put a mirror in the nest box, this makes them think another cock has taken over their box. All worth a try m8, good luck.
