What about pulling the youngbird national forward 1 week, keep at existing distance and then have a second youngbird National a ortnight later from Wansted flats. I appreciate the birdage would not be massive as people would not empty their Huts, however I'm sure you would get a decent entry from members who want to test their youngsters at a greater distance.

Eye Sign is it worth having a class ? As fanciers of racing pigeons can anyone select a winner throgh eye sign - I think not !

Not much chat about race from Andrazel where I understand the TWO long distance clubs in scotland are being joint convoyed for a single liberation along with the UNC. Any idea how many entries away between the two scottish organisations ? also what is the total Convoy including the UNC ? Prediction ( mad some will think ) - ' The winning pigeon into Scotland tomorrow from Andrazel will do a higher velocity than the winning Ypres bird' with a lot less birds in the race !!!!! :-/

Agree liberation looks on for Sat am, however note this race is not from France, YPRES is in Belguim and any west in the wind from an easterly direction is not a help ! All the best to all who sent !

The club/Federation mini sites are a great way of publishing results for all to see. An observation is that many-many sites have not been updated for years. Is it possible for the modirators to remove any sites which have not been updated during 2009 ?

Thought I saw a post indicating the result would be posted on SNFC web site some time on Saturday ? Has the problem not been sorted ? - I appreciate the list has been posted on this site , but surely the club site should have the info posted first.
