I have a pigeon that have air in the throat. Her throat is swollen from the crop to the head and it seems as if it is going to kill it if this gets worse. Is their anything I can do.???
During the breeding season here, I bred 60 pigeons,20 was cocks 40 was hens, Is this normal trend or is there another way to breed to ensure a 50-50 basis.
As I have said before: I have two nice whitr pigeons and I am going to breed young once and then ffly them in a +-350km race in July. Just want to see what they will do. I am the joke fo the club as I like Pied pigeons and they tell me I am supplying the Hawks with food.
I am going to breed some white pigeons to race. I do not know how thet will do but as i have a nice pair of white pigeons and they seem to have the right eye, I will do this this year and compare them to the others.
Please explain to me what you look for in the eye and how do you apply what you see when you judge a pigeon. I am trying to read eyes but don't know what to look for.
