No need to lock thread, I thank PJC for putting it up and if you want to lock this one it's up to you. At the end of the day, any fanciers having WHU ringed pigeons or any other rings MUST transfer them asap, this proves the problem if they don't, especially when it's non fanciers find the birds, as you are all aware, members rely on the public to report these birds and I can understand why they don't when this problem arises. Please help us unions to help you.
