Flyin Couriers

Just to let you know we have done our last drop of the nite for xmas and most have had their pigeons all happy. Just liked to thank everyone for their custom and support through this tough period also to the fanciers tonight who offered to work with us to stay up and wait for their birds. Bit late yes but to the agreement of customers. Time to put feet up glass of wine PHEW you lot are hard work Have a great xmas you all take care over the xmas period. 12143 thats no number of ours mate and all i said to you was you would not have been called on Weds to say we would pick up on Sat because for 1 we dont work Sat its the only day we have off and for 2 we would not fone you till the night before and i still stand by what i said mate as i believe Debbie when she says she has done or not done something. Right i have just got in from being out since 6:30am once again to come home to all this again so let me explain as it was me that delivered most of the pigeons in Question. 1st Stevie B - Willie's birds have been picked up and have been delivered to Elimars holding loft on Fri, we now have them after collecting them this evening and they are in our van to come up to Scotland tommorow Debs has spoke to Willie and he knows what is happening and is happy. Also there was a mix up with your name as you know when we picked your birds up last time. I would like to say thank you to yourself for apologising after your comments though on this site. 2nd Silverdale Lofts - When i arrived at your address last night i asked you to check all your birds and you said to me they would be fine if i remember rightly mate i asked you more than once to check them. Also your birds were watered on Sat nite with the other 2 customers we had birds for and also we only had your birds for 42 hours so your birds would have been in good condition. 3rd Strapper - We have had birds to collect from yourself twice now mate the first time we have sorted already so i wont go into that but as i am aware you were told on Sun nite that we had ran out of boxes this is not our fault mate as the guy who we get them off we believe has gone on holiday for over xmas and new year. I apologise for not having boxes i travelled over 170 mile out my way today to collect those birds believe me i wouldn't have done this for nothing mate if i had of known you had no boxes and we couldn't collect them. 4th White Knight - Like i said to yourself last night i had pm'd the customer the birds were going to myself and told him/her we couldnt collect his/her birds till after xmas so i dont see how we have let anybody down mate. To be honest guys im gettin a bit peed off a getting slatered on here for nothing and i am seriously thinking of not bothering anymore as i dont know whether it is worth the hasstle so i am seriously going to think things through over xmas and New year. Thanx again for the people supporting us and i do hope we can keep on going as we are enjoying what we do just some people got no patience or respect for what we are trying to do for all fanciers. I believe you do run a skip site as you had a nice chat with wayne if im not mistaken i like to hear the good with the bad and learn from it but i would like to ask in future if you have a problem i delivery your birds yesterday can you ring meon that day and not the day after for ourselfs to sort this out as i cant do anything much when no 1 tells me whats going on. I have spoken to the gentlemen i picked them up from and the same lot of birds i picked and delivered have all been fine. Im not disputing what you are saying but would like to be contacted asap on these matters Have nice xmas and a happy new year

hol on i havent even delivered them yet so u cant comment on their condition as i say facts first i will make sure the guy that gets them double checks the lot as i have all his pigeons for xmas yes we working to xmas eve to sort this out for yourselfs this is how u pay me all i can say is thank you very much x

excuse me who told you they would be picked up on saturday for a start? I spoke to willie tonight he was more than happy. also they are not in some guys loft at all. They are in some one who you got the birds through other wise with me not having a holding loft you would have never got them for xmas other wise . Once again facts first would be appreciatiuve here. We are trying to our best to get them to you for christmas this is what we get. thanks

You dont work for me paul i know that but if you had let me know or even wayne i would have sorted something i try my best to help in everyway but unfortunately this time again we havent all you had to do paul was contact myself instead of puting it on a opened forum. Im not the hardest of people to talk i try to please if i can but you cant please everyone. I apoligise for mot having boxes only if you let us know i could have arranged something. Lets not argue on a open forum as its not nice for everyone as its not their problem. Debs

No sorry this is for a customer who twice has pulled this trick with us im sorry but if you cant work with us then were obviously not the courier. I accept bad with the good and as from tonight my company will learn from this and grow if this was the 1st time i wouldnt have had a problem but you were told by myself im the only one that rings people for collection and deliverys. i will take the bad with the good but as its xmas paul and we are workin til christmas eve in scotland everything had to run smooth. I did tell yourself i had no boxes all the other people. oldyellow we normal do have boxes shavings and selotape on board incase of need but unfortunately we have run out and cant get anymore til the new year. Also it does not say on our flyers or advertisement regardinfg boxes we also dont charge for these. Why post at all if you had said on the phone today i would have asked any of the fanciers i had gone today to get some and paid them for them. This which is a problem now could have been arranged between ourselfs Debs

Instead of arguing with other members contact myself but we will not be picking up from yourself again as i have contacted all my fanciers of who they belong to as this is now twice you have done this to ourself i did think after the first we had resolved it but sadly not. hi paul the person in question that called to yours just now was wayne! You were told by myself that we had no boxes on board last night and when you called my self today as we have had a rush on if you ask anyone else that i have picked up from today they will tell you the same. Also we dont charge for our boxes unlike some so they are free from us and that is our choice. If you send with royal mail or other couriers you do have to box yourself. Im sure you did have a cardboard box on your stairs as your wife pointed it out your words were and i quote " im not using mines" so facts before mouthing off please as this is not the first time you have done this to ourselfs. Why you are being like this with ourselfs ill never know as we are doing a job and working over the xmas period to get everyone birds to them and people like yourself delay us. im happy to see more are joining ourselfs lets hope that maybe we can start now working together and offer one another help cause i think that woulfd do good to the couriers if we could work together or at least some of us. I for 1 welcome them. Great idea bigda to putting that up herer for everyone to see x

A personal apoligise to you all for the problems we have had these last few days we have the problem with BT lines which were having line problems with a fault in our street, which to say the least is out of our hands. Sorry for any inconvience we have caused for yourself at this busy time of the year but..... We are back on track now orders are being picked up and done asap to the best we can do. We are closed for Thursday and Friday and back Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday and half day wednesday. We are now welcoming new orders now for all of these days. We have our vans out tuesday and Wednesday them their self wont be back til late christmas eve now if thats not commitment im not sure what is. Yours Debbie & Wayne Merry Xmas and Happy New Year
