more like the fed's flying south will cause us more of a problem think there may be seven our eight going the opposite way from us then we will join the feds going north into scotland as well
when would you have the yb national ?
you would need to move the old birds back and its cold enough in april or would you start your yb earlier
or cut the old bird programme to fit a yb national in
you need a break between yb and old bird programme to get some training time for your ybs
just cant see how you could bring forward all all this change for one or two races
as for the darkness time will tell if it harms my chances in the future
honestly got to say this has been the best young bird season i have ever had my first time trying darkness
the birds look fitter and healthier
i started with 28 Yb's at the first race i have raced the first 5 races one to go i have 23 Yb's left lost three today i reckon lanarkshire Yb success is down to having the sky's to ourselves
we race three 66 miles then one 87 mile then today 117 mile race then next week 150 miles
the first four races the birds were dropping like a training toss even today the birds were a little more spread out but still returns were good
i always thought hawks was the problem but i reckon clashing is just as much to blame
is it always like this in fife?
think all your forefathers were sent out of the lanarkshire pits and sent to fife for being argumentative and its just carried on generation after generation
thought feeding them heavy before a short race was the wrong thing to do
i feed mine at 12.00 friday then thats them until return from the race on a saturday what time do you feed cloudview?
lib at the forth road bridge tuesday morning landed on top of the lorry and would not move until the lorry moved
this same pigeon i see in the bhw on the result from otterburn
