what is your longest result in racing your pigeons .which strain of bird was it and was it cock or hen .how old was it.any results please EG( my 1st bird back from the 10 i sent to 500 mile race was a BB cock 3 year old he was a bussharte x jan aarden). the more detail the better PLUS WHICH YEAR WAS THE RACE CHEERS

this is going to be 1 of my pairs for next year hoping to get nice pieds from them.both have club and fed tickets. cock DC hen bcp

bred them 2 together mart . the cock will take a bit of getting fit . when he is fit look for him at about 300 to 400 mile

i like the pieds .i hope to bred some pieds next year.

phone call very successful .also a filmstar grand child was 4th open from France forgot which race and he just told me.

well after reading about the filmstar pigeon time to make a phone call for 2 yb,s from the filmstar lines .

thanks Gareth we will try a bit harder this coming year. looking forward to joining the S.N.F.C. will also be trying to build a team to compete in it.which will take a few years .

with the birds i have 1 round in going to be more than enough as i also have 20 yb,s coming in.then some are going to charity sales some to mates also some have been sold. birds coming in /michel van lints /soonjens frank sheders/stikelbalts/ and 4 from 1st fed winning birds.

can,t wait to i start pairing up .when i go out now and look at how some of my new birds are turning out i am like a new start with all my plans going round my head. thanks for your comment as you are not a bad judge

you had a good season .i will be watching for your yearlings in the later races next year.if i like what i see will be getting some tips for darkness system. as your yb results speak for themselves.

that red hen went away yesterday as a mate seen her and went on about how good she was then i let him handle her and he said she is a real cracker. so i told him to take her. i will soon need to ban all visitors to my lofts ;D ;D

i have given away a good few gift birds and sold one or two.not 1 bird has left my loft unless in PERFECT health. if it was banned the one or two would not be racing as not everyone can,t afford to buy birds to replace birds lost or to better their team.

i for 1 dont like the darkness system yb kept in dark tricked in to double moult.why to do well at last 2 or 3 races sorry not for me. then as yearlings start to drop at 250 mile .not all but a lot more than natural yb,s.this i have found out asking fellow fanciers who i race against. the molt takes a good bit out of yb,s of this i am sure .it might even weaken their immune system . out on the wing or in their cage in sunshine when we get it is my way .to them that fly darkness yb,s hope you still have them after their 1st old bird season. question how many darkness yb, have you got that done well between 250 and 400 as yearlings. i ask because like the rest of you i am still learning

welcome to the site, if you cant win or score with old birds it is time to get some new blood.it might sound a bit harsh but it will be for the best. all the tips and systems wont help.all of which will make a good bird better but wont make a bad bird good. THIS is just my opinion .best advice listen to them with the best experience it wont take to long to work out them with the best advice.
