:)plan B jacks nana has said she would pay his £3.20 a week club tote. i will get him set up with a small loft basket drinker and feeder and some yb,s. that would leave his £70 members fee and a clock . no that is sorted THANKS TO TIGER .he has pm me saying he will send jack a clock .he is also going to pay jacks 1st years membership £70 . out standing generosity TIGER YOU ARE A CREDIT TO THIS SPORT . so all is looking well for wee jack for next years yb season .

I would not say money is spoiling racing well not in my fed anyway as i held my own this year 1st year back after 3 year out. as for the post i have quoted this for me is spot on .sitting waiting in the garden for my 1st ob race this year with a mate jim bell when my CWF hen came screaming round the side of the house and trapped like a bullet . me still sitting their jim shouting get her clocked .i cant not sent transfer away yet. sent them in on the Monday.next again week same thing with a C PIE cock .jim said move clock him can,t transfer not cleared yet. cost me the old bird cup in my club i get the runner up cup but i am better for it.

i feed breed and wean/ emperor/ and trophy or channel mixing all off them. breed and wean/ irish ruby and Gerry plus for racing

i have had one or two of him maybe more will ask the guy i got them from my good mate jim bell. won the 1st race i entered in my club in 97 172 birds at it .to win the 1st race you have tried i was over the moon.most consistent bird i have raced.

i was talking to a top flyer in my fed and a mate.he said he gets more of a kick out of his race birds if he has bred it and given it as a gift (can,t wait till i get my 6 next year)

wayne was supposed to pick up 2 birds from me today for young bakes.when he arrived he was easy to talk to and seemed happy at his work . then i told him i had no boxes no problem i have a big single compartment wicker basket .good i said whats the chance of me adding another bird 3 in stead of 2 again no problem he said as it is the same price for 4 as it is one.wayne then said he was the cheapest and handed me a flayer £30 for 1 to 4 birds .excellent i thought then i asked him if he would take say 10% of his price for the up and coming help the hero,s sale he said NO he would not take 10 % off as he is the cheapest around . i just sort of looked at him .he then said i will take £5 off each one :) TOP MARKS WAYNE AND SAFE DRIVING

hear is the future of our sport young jack and young people like him .holding one of my old trophy,s today .holding one of his own next year if i get my way. ON HIS OWN

try and get young kids intrested in pigeon racing. i have a young kid very intrested in them he comes round a lot to see the birds with on or two of his mates in tow wee jack s his name. he started at breeding season i thought it would have worn off but no he is still coming round.so at my clubs AGM asked if he was to join would the club be prepared to subsidise his membership. i was told NO he would get all the same privileges as the other members so why subsidise him .he is only 8 years old so his 1st year in club would cost him £70 plus £3.20 a week tote. for me to tell his mum who is a single parent that is the cost and on top of that his feed bill his vaccination bill his medicine bill for IE canker cocci wormier ect . then their is the loft clock and birds. well their is not much chance of her saying yes is their. so that my friends is what it would cost 1st attempt. the 2nd attempt to get jack started in racing is still in the planing process . I WILL DO IT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER then maybe one of his mates might take an interest .it does not solve the decline but evry little helps
