Its pigeon basics for me, I go on the pigeon club & pigeon chat occasionly but basics is my No 1.

I've been the secretary of my local club for the past 7 years and agree that there is a lot of hard work involved. The only concession I get is a reduced rate along with other committee members ie chairman, clocksetter etc which is £15.00.

Was thinking of pairing a g/sire to g/daughter this year, not too sure if it would be a good mating for offspring.

I don't like them either, I think the edges are too sharp and may cause problems with nesting birds. Thinking of filing off the ets clips not too sure about the rules though regarding tampering with the rings.
