  16. Have had a good bird wich has had multiple prizes, club and federation level returned from the first race today, he looks ok as someone has cared for him, as he has had a broken leg and had a good bang, which looked like they have nearly healed, I am more than greatful that he has been looked after and has returned, but why was this bird not reported to us by whoever has had him.

    latebreds

before this year i would of said only really good for breeding purpose, but we have won a race with a latebred from 2007 that was having his first races this year was, only ever trained last year and was given time to fully fill his frame, and nature, i do believe they do need time to mature if they are to be any good maybe at racing, but who has space and time to leave birds to mature.
  20. Are well, sods law, aye it lol
  21. i have been asked by a friend if anyone has any youngbird for sale(he has a budget) as he has had a flyaway and has left his numbers low, preferebly 6-10 that would be ready now or in the next few days, if anyone has any please send me details by pm. so i can pass them on. Thanks in advanced.
  22. i remeber my dad getting in a lovely grizzle about 5 years ago the bird was a few years old, he reported it and it was from south wales, the bird had topped the fed a few weeks earlier had been lost from a race in france (rennes if my memmory serves correct), my dad arranged for it to be libbberated about 10 miles from home, when i came home from, work there was this bird sitting on the side in the kitchen, as if he lived there, was funny at the time, he had to send for it in the end,
  23. 20 would be a good number as they should have plenty of room, as you dont want to over crowed young birds,
  24. Found dead in the yard at work looked like been living with the street birds, till something got hold of it
