when is the time to shift the feeds to depurative mixture? since from the start i feed my yb's racing mix. and im curious about depurative mix, if when to start giving it. regards gary

for example ivermectrine. seen it at some site that they use it 3 drops per bird but they didnt include at what age to start using it for pigeons bec if we read the product information of ivermectrine, it is used for cattles.

i used ivomec injectables. 3 drops per bird. im using it with my dogs for prevention of externel parasites and worms. and a vet here told me that ivomec can be used orally for birds. hope this helps. regards gary

thanks for enlighting me. i thought that this strain came from a famcy pigeon and dont have the characteristics of a racing pigeon.

just confused about this baby pigeon from my breeder. it has feathers all over its feet. its parents are normal and dont have feathers on their feet. do you guys know such strain of a racing pigeon that has feathers on their feet (bell bottom).. gary

about youngster? how do you administer calcium tablets.. we have here tablet form calcium lactate 500 mg. i have 4 27 day old pigeons and want to give them calcium tabs. how often do i give them calcium tabs? gary
