yeah,understand that,its the type of wood i need to use.

hi,need a new loft,so going to have a go at building 1 myself.just after some advice on materials.ie,whats the best type of wood to use for the floor,what thickness of t&groove.all help will be very much appreciated.

hi,i phoned my local planning office in dumfries last week to see about getting planning permission,and what i was told was if the loft is more than 5meters away from my house no permission is needed.

theres a pigeon loft builder advertising in the bhw,s.homer from dudley.anybody seen or bought a loft from him. only reason im asking is im looking to purchase a new loft shortly.he seams reasonably priced

thanks for all the replies.thinking about coming back into the sport after 20yrs away.the reason i asked the question was because of my work commitments.i start work at 16.00 & work till 02.00 sometimes 04.00,so its just trying to balance out feeding times
