IS IT POSSIBLE.. to find out what my father got up to in WW2. DO they keep any records,he never mentioned what he got upto, only 2 things i remember,being stranded on sicily. also he was in a jeep taking a wounded mate,somewhere in the desert, they were attacked by a stuka dive bomber. he was in hospital,with shrapnel splinters to his head. and i do believe,that the surgeons left a few bits in his skull. that was were he met my mum,as she was a young nurse. and my mother mentioned that he was deadly with the commando knife. regards stuart
