  1. i dont collect ets rings , i have won many races and more than willing to show my cards to anyone who calls to my house .
  2. welcome bluebar and enjoy the site
  3. removing a rubber is stupid if a bird has not homed on time the owner would know unless there a complete idiot , how would the finder know exactly what race it was flying and how many birds had been clocked ? the said bird may be the only returnee the next day alas winning said club and if the race was a smash could even have won fed but no because someones seen fit to remove rubber or as in thread ets transponder ring. SO HOW ON EARTH IS THESE FANCIERS DOING ANYONE A FAVOUR??? As for the value of a pigeon to a owner , pretty worthless in above instances without rubber or ets ring.

  21. Amtrak arrived at 5.45 to pick Damians latebreds up as stated fast reliable and a quick response no wonder they aint got a compeditor , just a shame of all the mishaps they have
  22. well i guess as long as they sell more rings then its not to there benifit not to make them unremovable , i have invited Bricon to the site to view this threaD
  23. new response from Bricon : It is not correct to state that a lot of pigeons return without transponders from races or even training tosses. I myself never lost any in the 8 years ETS in Belgium (with a minimum of 100 pigeons each year). Also a pigeons transponder that is no longer entering races can be used again on another pigeon. With fixed transponders these benefits will disappear. Another reason is the compatibility, yes there is a compatibility between the systems. But all systems work best with their own making. This is normal, an antenna is optimized to perform as optimal as possible, other transponder brands can have other variations. BRICON is always willing to participate with improving the use of ETS, that includes some customized features for the Unions. Don’t forget that the discussion of adding the transponder to the life ring has been going on for 10 years and the conclusion is still that a separate transponder is the best option for the Fancier. Best regards,
  24. Unions could offer both choices of ring and clubs could order either rings with transponders or without each member would need to state ring type required .
