welcome to Pigeon Basics i hope you enjoy the site im sure you'l get all the advise and help you need , as you are a bit uncertain it may be useful if you find your local club and perhaps visit a few local lofts and fanciers through the club and they may gift or breed you some birds to help start you up

have used them once this is second time i've used Uk Pigeon Couriers , and would recommend them to anyone wanting birds from or to Scotland they work with Spds these two couriers are ahead of the market working together

uk couriers picked mine up yesterday from Fife

with sour crop it usualy makes them hold corn but the parasite that causes respirity will make its lungs inflamed and the liquid could be due to the inflamation and infection

id look at opening the loft up at bit warm weather can bring this on in birds also the dust off droppings i have put a mesched door on my stock also will be doing same for ybs

put the birds back to your ear if its respiritry you wil here its lungs inflate / deflate if crackly its got respiritry best to se a vet tylan seems to be the medication for respirity

i rang other week and although they could collect they wouldnt give me a delivery date they could be yearlings before i got them luckly enough uk couriers are delivering today
