  19. i have hawks here and every now and again and percy that calls every now and again but not as often as the hawks , its quite simple dont fly your birds in off season to limit the risk of having them killed

  25. silver hen Kirkpatrick x Honeysuckle Jansen, sire to silver : bred down through son of my 'Old Yellow cock' who won 1st Bourge 512 miles only bird on day as two year old 2nd Bourge 512 miles two day race as a yearling plus this cock had 6 x 6ths both years flying the channel and a 4th wansted flats inland , his dam was a daughter of Jouey Le Chatel winner 1st club 19th fed 414 miles when paired to a daughter of Old Yellow , dam to silver : Red Honeysuckle Jansen have bred two ybs via this silver hen and been raced 4 races and both still there , i dont write pedigrees this hens priced to sell at £30
