i think your best bet is try to find your local club and meet its members , and ask the secatary if he would ask members on your behalf for some ybs to help you start up im sure most would be willing to help and apply to join club , like said before you might be able to help an old hand out and they'll teach you the ropes a bit

my suggestion would be to go help an old hand in a local club and learn the ropes for free then can decide if this is what they truely want and get some valuable experience as well and meet with club members and get to know the ins and outs a bit
