Hi folks, I have been very good friends of Geoff and George for a number of years now and having had spent many good hours with them both at Blackpool and Cannock it is very sad indeed for me to hear this news tonight , what i can assure you is they are 2 of the most decent fanciers that I have ever come across and a good number of their pigeons have made their way up here to Scotland , one in particular making 2nd fed in the Lanarkshire fed . Lets hope Geoff beats this as life won't be the same without him Yours sincerely John.S

Hi Folks, well everyting went absolutely fab for my daughters wedding, got to church for the service in dry conditions then onto photo shoot, all was well for about 45 minutes and suddenly the heavens opened up for about 3 minutes monsoon conditions then brilliant sunshine for the remainder of the day required outside, onwards into the reception and speeches ,dinner , and bevvy ,SUPERB A, fantastic day to remember !!!!!!.

Thanks to all for your kind wishes,, still dark and wet here in The Shotts but never mind we will not let it ruin our day in anyway shape or form Cheers and good luck and hope it brightens up for your racing tomorrow

Hi 'm from sunny Shotts the coldest dampest place in Lanarkshire I joined KirkfieldbankHoming and Sporting Club 2 years ago after 14 years in Allanton club which was disbanded This year I have won 2 races which are my first since joining I am enjoying my pigeons immensely with no politics or unrest at any time Good Club Good Fed. :)

personally don't see the point in storing the beans for 2 years , would this years beans or peas not be better used this year ?? instead of letting them dry out and possibly losing some goodness

Hi, I was at the open day for South Lanarkshire Fed on Saturday to view their new Transporter what a cracker !! Geraldy bodied, 80 new aluminium crates,3 sided watering on each and superb ventillation. Tremendous decals on the new paintwork, all in all must be one of the best in Scotland at this time. A lot of people taking photos but nothing on our site yet , if anyone has pictures please post them
