hi albear and all who are reading this, i know from personal experiance that when you have to deal with the faceless civil servants you will get no where . they read your emails befor him so you just all email your own M P S first and then get a one time only major e mail hit to the minister and crash their server then and only then will the pay attention and take note,so if you email all your friends world wide to email the same question at the same time then it will hit home and for those who may be a bit apprehensive trust ME THEY CANT DO NOTHING TO YOU FOR THIS. yours in the sport ,jimmy
