complaining through paypal is the best method and it works but be quick about it i deal on ebay a lot and insist on paypal for all transactions everytime something has gone wrong they have always done as i had hoped, they take a long time but if you have the patience go for it. i received several pm from coxy as i am looking for a few nice birds myself to start with i did think he seemed like a genuine guy obviously i was wrong and a sorry you had to find out the hard way. you do have more patience than myself though i would not have left without my money
