I think all the points do not help with young bird losses. ever week birds get sent to races when they are not up for the job. sick/ unfit/ not trained /. all pigeon men have a pair that they never ever lose young birds out of even on very bad days . i think they are birds with lion heats and the love for home. breed more young from that pair and losses will drop.

In national paper today about a robin in halifax that has been almost killed in some ones garden and they tell us they are not killing all are song birds.
