I cannot see any house these days being valued at £60,000, what are the prices of similar houses in your area, that would be our argument, at least that plus moving costs. Try citizens advice first :-/ Believe me you don't want to go down the static caravan route as they are ice boxes in the winter, tried that done that wore the thermals when we were renovating a house.
