same as ht what could u do we were members of different unions in the same fed you could not join the rpra until we resigned from glasgow fed ask mr g about that one les blacklock must be bald with all the hair pulling we gave him some stick never mind you got in eventually but my points just been proven by your own addmission you say we cuold have been debt suspended not by the rpra as we were never members if you had not recieved our resignation you would still be in limbo it was only the charity of dumbarton club that we decided to let you join the rpra and we get repayed in this manner

sorry johno but that has been answered we have been a fed since march 06 and we still had the numbers before he joined at the agm in dec dont no anything about your 1 fed rule the only questin we ask is that they are debt free would like to no how long lanark has had this rule

u seem to be missing the point frank all dues to be paid /all dues were not paid therfor resignation not accepted as they have been accepted as members of another club in another union its resonable to assume they are not comming back nor are they likly to pay they are now suspended and the suspension will be lifted when we recieve payment the fact they now fly under a diferent name from the same lofts that is still unaceptable and its this type of behaviour that both unions need to come to agreement on

but if you tender a letter of resignation the rule is you pay all dues and give up your rights to all club assets

i know what yuor saying frank but my point is based on what happend jan 07 not 2 years ago iam not talking about the 30 odd but a recent case i believe the 30 odd suspensions were for differing things my points are only about debts and how after all this time its still not been sorted

if both unions had acted at the time of the split what you say probibly would not have happend would you be willing to accept a member into your club knowing he owes money to a club 3 miles away but is a member of a diffrent union after all he might end up doing the same to you iam the secy this year mabee i will go on holiday with the members money and join the club in the next town no right minded person wuold agree this is acceptable so lets get it sorted i am sure the rpra have much the same rules regarding debts as the shu

dont have a problem with honest doomen from any union but whats the point of having unions when there rules dont mean s... its the members thats left who pick up the tab at the agm if you break the rules it should stand countrywide this is a matter that needs to be sorted now and not allowed to drag on

so you are happy to accept debt suspended members does this happen nehu/rpra rpra/whu nipa/ihu i think not its a bad day when a man in a dress is accepted to the rpra i fully support the shu line on this matter as you cant have any tom dick and harry not paying there way as it stands we can all do it and still fly doos you pay your way or you dont fly
