just had a good look at the pads if they are to be sunk into a floor etc give them about 10 mm clearance

as there is a small step underneath which would stop it butting flush with the top

so around 312x142 hole

vallance lofts i have been looking on unicon nl site and you can buy a converter which i was told you could use a bricon pad i hope this helps cheers jack
