Does any one no when the hen starts to sit the eggs, i got hit with her yesterday when getting the birds in. I was standing at the hut at the time, when she came over from the back of the loft, i did see the starlings lifting a good bit away, i said where is it, then bang, she just got a hold of one by the wing, i shouted various things, but she didnt have a right grip of the bird, she let the bird go, what a fright i got, you wont to have seen the size of her,if i wasnt ther he was dead, one flew into the food shaking like hell, i got all them in. I was waiting for her to come back, but she never appeared.
