2 weeks prior to racing i give my bird 2 weeks on nettle tea the down feathers full out like snow and ull soon have down whizzing around ur eyes.I think getting the down out is very important

I like the matrix very good grit and mineral product my birds love it and often trap to it more then they would water. My ybs done this after a fly they would hit the matrix first then go for a drink and would often trap in if they saw me with the tub in hand. It also provides everything a bird needs

wind up clocks wouldnt use them myself personally they can cut out while ur waiting for your birds or even after uve timed in to much hassel
