are you on wireless, you can move files by wireless from one pc to another, you also get a cable to do it as well,

why has it packed in, laptops shut down if over heating, in air vents are on the bottom of a laptop, so needs space underneath, let it cool down, and if you have a vacuum do the vents under the laptop, I know its funny but you should never sit a laptop on your lap, you should always have air space underneath

I can give him a new password, which he can change, as all looks ok this side with his account,

he was on site the 28th march so not long ago,

there is no loftman with capitals, others loftman_ 2 of them with different e-mails, I cant see passwords but can give a new one if he wants, then he can always change it once on,

maybe not giving right one,
