just had 1 or 2 having problems due to the change to .com login in , the usual one is forgot their password, which you can sort yourself, by clicking on forgot password where u log in, if this doesn't get you in then its most likely you are using the wrong E-MAIL address, from the one you registered with, ANYONE having a problem with this E+MAIL me on forum@pigeonbasics.com giving me your username
