  13. any fancier with a conscience and consideration for other birds, would not enter any bird suffering from YBS, as a member of my clubs basket committee, I would refuse to put a bird through that I felt was in poor health or a threat to other birds, and I certainly would not want my healthy birds mixing with birds "known" to have YBS. It is unfortunate that birds may have early stage YBS without visible symptoms to the owner.JMO

  24. The problem with holding youngsters back from a race due to possible bad weather, is you are relying on the weather for the following week being better, and if it is not, then you are increasing the mileage the birds may have to be jumped, if like our federation, each race increases in mileage to be covered, with no come back races, this needs to be consideredhttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gifJMO
  25. Due to the poor weather forecast for this coming weekend, do you think we will get a race? our federation have their first young bird race from Kelsohttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif
