Absolutely freezing and a very strong wind blowing here on the East Coast of Fife this morning.

A couple of stalls had 2013 squeakers penned and for sale, one stall had them standing free on top of the pens, in my opinion. this can not be good for birds so young, being prodded and handled constantly all day. A few looked the worst for ware in my opinion, and their droppings were a tad suspect. Did anyone else see them, and what is your opinion?

Just picked my wife up from her work and the snow is hammering it down, does not seem to be lying as it's too wet, absolutely blowing a gale also.

Had a cracking weekend in the company of Fifer and wee fifer, was great meeting the Basics members at the get together on the Saturday. Must also say a big thank you to rembrant2coo, for his hospitality at the Football on Saturday night.

Who ended up buying birds, and what did you buy? Myself bought a cracking wee Jan Aarden hen from Tumley lofts, even got a bargain thanks to rembrant2coohttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif I thought Tumley lofts had some of the best birds for sale, which birds were you impressed with, or disappointed with?

It was great to see a lot of the Basics members turn up at the get together today, great once again to put faces to names. The wee man Junior Burgess stole the show though!
