I am a Depute Manager at a day centre for adults with a learning disability, I have been at this centre for 25 years now, and have worked my way up the promotion ladder. I also love my job and get a great deal of job satisfaction working with these vulnerable people.

Although the weather for tomorrow is a tad dodgy, I still intend to send the 15 birds I had originally selected to go, if they are fit enough then they go in my opinion. How can we guarantee that next weekends weather will not be the same, we then end up jumping birds into this less than ideal weather.
