By the way, I did send the hen to the race, got word last night that she was 16th Open in the Fife Fed race last week from Leicester.

Plenty of flying time, she was my 1st in the clock on Saturday from the fed open race at Wakefield 186 miles. And been to every race prior to that.

Just went into the loft this morning to find one of my 2 hens I was contenplating sending to the SNFC race this weekend, laid last night, which means she will lay her 2nd egg Wednesday and basketed Thursday for a Saturday race. My question is, is this too soon after recently laying, or should it act as an incentive? :-/
