Hopefully in the very near future the fixed union rings will carry a chip, thus no need for a seperate ring which is easy removed :-/

With regards to ETS, birds still need to be rubbered, and at the clocking station, you need to produce the rubber, therefor the owner of the escapee will not have a rubber to produce

Just been informed, birds were held for a further 15minutes, so liberated at 7.45 This was due to the Federation b4 us, birds not clearing the lib site, North West Fed I believe :-/
